Over the last 11 steps we’ve covered what marketing is, how to set a goal, who your customers are, and the main tools: your online presence, website, Google, AI search, social media and ads, plus how to tell if it’s all working. This final step puts it together into a 90-day plan you can start on Monday.
Ninety days is long enough to see real results, and short enough to stay focused.
Weeks 1 and 2: get clear
- Answer the two questions: what do you want to do, and what do you want to achieve? (step 1)
- Turn question 2 into a goal with a number and a date (step 3).
- Write your one-paragraph customer description (step 4).
- Start an enquiry log and ask everyone how they found you (step 11).
Weeks 3 and 4: fix the foundations
- Do the 30-minute online presence check and fix what’s wrong (step 5).
- Complete your Google Business Profile and make sure your details are consistent everywhere.
- Set up a simple routine for asking happy customers for reviews.
Weeks 5 to 8: make it easy to find and choose you
- Improve your website’s headline, trust signals and next step (step 6).
- Work through the search starter checklist (step 7).
- Check what AI assistants say about you, and add a simple FAQ page (step 8).
- Make sure enquiry tracking is working on your website.
Weeks 9 to 12: choose one channel to grow
- Pick one channel that suits your customers, either social media (step 9) or a small, tracked ad test (step 10).
- Run it consistently for the whole month.
- Keep logging enquiries and where they came from.
Day 90: review and decide
Do the monthly review from step 11, then step back and ask: how close are we to the goal from question 2? Keep what’s working, change what isn’t, and stop what’s costing time or money without results. Then set your goal for the next 90 days.
When is it worth getting help?
Plenty of business owners work through a plan like this on their own. It’s worth bringing someone in when:
- you don’t have the time to do it consistently;
- you’re spending money on marketing but can’t tell what it’s returning;
- you’re stuck on the technical parts, such as tracking, your website or ads;
- you want an experienced second opinion before you commit budget.
That’s what Blanc Page is for. Every engagement starts the way this series did, with two questions, and then a look at where your marketing is today. If you’d like a hand, start a conversation.
